if you were to get a new pet today, what would you name him/her?

hi cathylynn! I am very well. how are you?
I often go hiking where there are several babbling brooks. I will sit and space out, there, while eating my lunch.

I would perhaps name my pet, Blake.

Do you drink alcohol on a regular bases?

yes - about one drink per month. i have a high risk of atrial fibrillation and breast cancer in women affects one in eight. alcohol ups both of those, or i would have a drink more often. more than seven drinks per week, three in a setting for women and more than fourteen drinks per week or five in a setting for men has negative health consequences for anyone and is termed abuse. half those numbers if you're over 65 years old. sorry, but it's the doctor in me.

do you like having a lot of information or is less more?

i like to accumulate as much info and data as i can on my interests of course....on long term interests and things that only briefly pique my interests.

regarding news and such, i sometimes feel like ignorance is bliss...and then you get screwed over.

what's the oldest thing in your house?

It's either the main room's bed mattress or that black briefcase containing documents and pictures older than my own grandparents.
