That's a lot.

I'm so sorry you're having such a rough time at the moment. And I hope you're finding some time amongst it all to look after yourself.

I think WP is an escape hatch for many of us. We should all try to understand that what people share here is a thin slice of themselves and try not to assume too much, or project our own anxieties onto others.

I hope life eases off you soon.

I don't know how many times I need to say, I have CPTSD.
I have a LOT of s**t going on in my life, 24/7, on top of my trauma.
I don't even talk about that stuff. Ever.

I love yall but my world doesn't revolve around these threads.
I come here to distract myself from my real problems.
They're almost NEVER here.
Minus that whole Groomer thing, of course.

I'm really sorry that you have so much stress in your life, Isabella. It sounds overwhelming. Please try to take care of yourself.

He's also allergic to it.
That means he'll s**t all over the floor for a few months.

Did I mention the vet thinks he has cancer?

Two hours of gaslighting fun.

Also, forgetting my phone.
Not having any music in the car.
Not being able to distract myself in the waiting room.
Or, throw it at anyone.

I've read all the things you've posted on the last page. I hope things improve for you, soon.

Thanks everyone for letting me vent.
It was clearly a very bad day.
All of that happened in a matter of hours.

I just thought I should update.
My daughter isn't a horrible person.
She was having her own meltdown.

She later put gas in my car.
She took me back to that book shop.
She bought me the book I'd thrown on the floor.

I know she doesn't really think I'm a terrible mother.
She was ranting about something I'd done.

I'm sure we've all been there with our kids.

You're welcome. I can imagine what I must have put my parents through.

There aren't many types of protective underpants that fit a 52 inch waist and if I do find some, they're made for women. I just bought some off Amazon, anyways. It's not like I'm buying them at Walmart with a big chance of being misgendered by a cashier. I hate walking through the underwear sections at Walmart.

My son broke the bed that I bought 24 years ago. I don't think I'll buy another.

Mine. He spends a lot of time in my room because the TV and video games are in here.

Is it the bed frame, or the actual mattress?

I've had my mattress on the floor forever.

OK actually not forever.
Since disassembling my four-poster by hand and huffing it to the curb.
It reminded me of bad times.

That was about 25 years ago.

(By the way - hugs. I'm sorry that happened. :( )
