Getting panicky for no reason. Weird. Sometimes I get anxious for no reason but not usually panicky.

I got misgendered by some homecare nurse who was all dressed in pink. She kept on addressing Barb and I as ladies. I nearly puked.

On the talk radio podcast one of the staff members at my program was listening two, one of the hosts referred to black women as "mud-colored". I didn't say anything, but I found it pretty offensive.
