The fact that my mum didn't abort me made me happy today. :)

Booking myself onto a course to study behavioral psychology xD. It's something that's fascinated me for a while and i've considered doing something along those lines, then the opportunity to get on the course dropped in my lap so i'm taking it as a sign of sorts. Will see where it goes.

Also, going down to my aunts on friday and will get to see my cousin aimee. She's 3 and one of those kids that has a million and one questions. I was a kid that asked a million and one questions too so i understand her. She seems to just home in me, in part because i have the same insatiable curiosity and i think she realises that, probably never losing patience with her is a big plus too. Why is it that some people just dismiss other people? I just regard her as another person, i give her as much interest as i'd give anyone else i ever met.

Just the thought of seeing her again is making me happy.

Realising that almost every bit of conversation with my 21 year old brother consists of me telling him utterly unbelievable lies. If he asks if there's any hot water and i dont tell him the boilers blown up he starts wondering what's going on.

I'm having another really excellent day :D
I wrote my paper that was due today in 2 hours this morning and it's pretty good I think. I think I'll get an A
I met some new people at lunch, and my friend who I usually eat with had to leave early (like 3 minutes after I got there), so I stayed and ate with the new people and I was totally beasting it up with my social skills :D And when I was getting ready to leave they said they'd be there again Friday at the same time if I wanted to eat with them again! What!?!?! I made new friends, by myself, and they actually liked me enough to ask me to eat with them again! And it was 3 guys so you know they weren't just doing that girl thing where they act all nice even though they don't want to be around me cause they feel sorry for me. 3 guys want to hang out with me, are we getting this here? I need more guy friends. My only close guy friendships were made by being friends with their girlfriends, this is uncharted territory for me :D
Oh, on the way to school 4 of my favorite songs played back to back, that never happens: "Stereo Hearts" by Gym Class Heroes, "Dynamite" by Taio Cruz, "Tonight, Tonight" by Hot Chelle Rae, and "Born This Way" by Lady Gaga. And then on the way home they played "Bye Bye Bye" by NSync which totally made me feel like an 8 year old girl lol. I definitely haven't heard that song in at least 5 years, and I really had to try hard to focus on driving instead of reflexively doing the dance that I think everyone in my school memorized lol
Class was really good today, we did a little follow up on Monday's class in case anybody had questions they didn't feel comfortable asking in front of the guest speakers, then we talked about beauty and body image in society and media. We're going to talk about it all next week too, and Monday's class is going to be specifically about hair, which I like (not in a creepy way or anything, I just really like looking at different hairstyles)
Oh and my super awesome amazing boyfriend who's coming to visit me in 2.5 weeks is going to go with me to a family friend's annual Halloween costume party :bounce:
This is a really good week, I never thought I'd say that about the week before midterms lol
