If you pay $11 dollars for their strongest juices, 36mg nicotine per ml, you get about 120 cigarettes worth of nicotine. So it's like getting cigarettes at about $0.09 a pack.
The atomizer is the Joye-510-T, which is really easy to refill as long as you have a syringe, which they sell on their website. It's a real syringe, like one you'd find in a hospital, coming in sterile packaging. As long as you do it the right way, mess will be rare. Just wash the needle off and flush the inside with water (just by drawing it into the syringe and pushing it back out) when you are done, although the juice actually will not dry up or cause clogs or anything like that, at least not for a very long time.

It's very fast and easy, and you can carry around multiple cartridges to have various flavors or just have extra juice if you use a lot of it.

I smoked for 20 years and quit 3 years ago. I do miss it occasionally, especially after a meal. I still smoke weed, but with a bong, rather than a joint. I do miss the ritual of rolling, though. Still, the health benefits from remaining a non-smoler outweight any of these 'pleasures' I miss. I think I'd have greater difficulty continuing as a non-smoker if I lived in the states. The last time I worked in America I switched to Marlboro Lights, the UK has banned cigarette additives years ago, but US Marlboro Lights have that delicious vanilla taste. I used to love smoking those with Earl Grey tea.

They taste metallic, now. On those rare days when I have to suffice with pre-manufactured cigarettes, I tend to cut back to 1-2 a day just because of the taste.

That's a shame, they tested great. I would've normally rolled my own, I smoked Drum. I'm from Northern Ireland. It's weird that here rolling your own is the cheaper option, yet in the US rolling is seen as something of a luxury and Drum tobacco costs quite a lot. It was more cost effective to smoke Marlboros.

Yes and lately 1-5 smokes a day, and I've switched to roll your own so I can't reach into a pack and pull one out every hour or more.

I'm in the US, myself -- it's actually bit cheaper where I live to buy Drum. That's usually what I do. A carton of marlboros costs around $50 USD (last time I checked, anyhow) and an equivalent amount of Drum goes for about $30. Taxes are getting ridiculous on tobacco products, though, so I'm not sure how long the benefits will last for ryo/myo products.

I was in DC. The only place I could find Drum was a specialist cigar place in Gerogetown. I'm guessing they probably overcharged for it. It was treated as a luxury Euro import and it worked out less expensive to just pick up a pack of MLights on the way to work. All this chat of rolling tobacco is making me think of Drum with liquorice papers heh :0(

No I don't smoke, it's never appealed to me.

It probably depends on the demand in a particular area -- we have a lot of RYO people where I live, so just about every tobacco shop carries at least the domestic products. About half the stores carry Drum, which works out well enough for me. The price probably reflects the demand as well, I'd imagine.

Personally, if I don't just outright quit smoking before long, I should switch over to vaporizers as well. I don't like the health tradeoff with smoking, but I do enjoy tobacco.

I know plenty of people who smoke, but have never been interested in it myself. I haven't been interested in it mainly because of the health effects and the fact the smell usually sticks to the clothing of the person.

I think I'll give it a shot because something has changed with the ones I smoke now. I am not smoking more than before, and one cartridge used to last me 3 days but now it lasts one.

I used to smoke. Not long ago though, I have been smoke free since October 20th! So a lil over 4 months. I used to smoke just the cheapies, Pyramid I think they were called Menthol of course. I could only smoke menthol. And about 1 pack a day! I stopped when I realized how much it was costing for hubby and I to smoke. Now he has quit too. I actually quit fairly easy, he had a tougher time, but it was easier for him since I stopped before he did.
