hmm...okay, i was in a hurry to write this...there is a certain country that you may go to for technology. each country has it's own theme

one would be technology, nature, arts, ect...

it's a strange world but that's my dream world

I would be a powerful sorcerer in my fantasy world....

Clothes mandatory for some, forbidden for others. (for me) Marriage required by high school graduation (to stop STDs). It would be illegal to price something for more than it's actual value. People with view that are incompatible to the point of them committing acts of violence would terminated. Cell phones used for something other than emergency situations would be forbidden. Rapists would be punished more severely, but the investigations would be much more effective. There wouldn't be a death penalty, but there would be a "we will make you wish you were dead" penalty. 'isms' would be abolished. There would be balance, but not equality. There would be caps on the income equal to the amount a person can reasonably spend. I would make a system where all laws were subject to review on a yearly basis after I die. That's all I can think of right now.

In the spirit of the other posters, my world will be as facist as yours:

I would ilegalise christianity, and monotheist religons, as they are evil, burning all churches down. I will declare the ancient greek gods the world religon, and build good old fashioned temples in their glory.
I will use the remaining, stubburn, christians as flaming crucifix streetlights.

(I hope this annoyed the hell out of you all, by the way.)

I would hope that all people take care of their pets and other animals. I would have a place where feral cats were taken care of with trap, spay/neuter, release to live out happy lives where each member of the colony could live as long and healthy a life as possible.

I concur, Christians are evil and deserve death! Why? It's payback for all the terrible things they've done in their lives, la la de da. Also umm worship of any god that doesn't actually exist is what I consider evil

Well, as screwed up as the world is now it'd be much worse with one person in charge "absolute power corrupts absolutely" after all. I, personally, wouldn't want that much power.
