What's with all this Taco Bell talk? I can't even drive by one without getting sick after that rat video!

Hopefully I'm doing this right...

Here's the one that's a bona-fide news broadcast rather than raw footage - less rats tho.

Steer clear of Taco Bell, guys. Trans-rats are no good for ya!

Hey, it has GOT to be veggies and dip, or mint bon bon ice cream out of the box, . . . . with a big ass spoon!

Or better yet, stuffed peppers, yum!

Of course, the old stand-bys of Mac & Cheese and Pizza are always good too.

Neck-end of lamb is not traditional Aspie cuisine but it is beautiful. And very cheap to make.

A photo of this fabulous dish, of which I had some tonight, can be found here (http://www.flickr.com/photos/lancashire/261606979/).

It looks quite nice. I'd have the potatoes. However I have a problem with the lamb. I am a very, very slow eater. I have been know to be on my starter in a restaurant while others have got to their sweets. So, any lamb invariably congeals on my plate, and I hate grease/fat/gristle.

I just eat the fat along with the meat. Lovely, greasy, gristly northern goodness. :)

I eat my fat along with my meat, as well. It makes a good treat, after avoiding junk food.

oh, so many things...i'll have my favorite sandwich: toasted onion bun with onions(i love onions ), two tomatoes, turkey, mayo, and honey mustard. also, as with all of my sandwiches, the sandwich should be cut diagonally in half.

SPAM, SPAM, SPAM, SPAM,

SPAM, SPAM, SPAM, SPAM,
SPAM, SPAM, SPAM, SPAM,
LOVELY SPAM!

----------
I went to a spam party some while back. We had "spam sandwiches", "spam on toast", "spam, onion and cheese on a stick", "spam souffle omelette", "chilli con spam" and such delicacies.

Now I am sure AS is diet related. Children who grew up just enough to not have to eat their vegetables.

Far to the fats end of diet, self medicated on fast food. Brain relaxed as blood goes to feed. Chemical balances change, eskimos say blubber keeps people happy and good natured.

Intoxicated on oils, they sing of fats to come.
