When people talk about the big party coming up in front of you... but you've not been invited... When you inquire, you're told it's a "private" party, but everyone you know is going, just not you... (has happened to me...)

You're part of a group of four people in a room and the third person seems to panic when she realizes she's about to be left alone with you, as the other two start to leave. Number three suddenly remembers she also has somewhere else to be.

Even "nice" people won't talk to you for too long. They don't want to be lumped together with you either.

When a circle of talking people is harder to penetrate than Ft. Knox.

When you arrive at an event where you'll be meeting up with a group of people, and find that everyone was invited to join a car pool, except you.

When you make plans with a group to meet at an event and when you arrive, you find out the rest of them went inside without you and have disappeared into the large crowd.

You are so unpopular that you actually become the most popular target in the school. Including getting a new name that more people know than your real name. Bonus points if said fake name gets chanted by the entire bus on school trips.

When you work with someone for an entire year, only to have them say, "Who's that? I've never met her," when someone else says your name. (That happened to me. Fun.)

When people know you by a generic title, such as "that person who reads a lot" or "that math kid."

When even the kids in your graduating class don't know what grade/year you're in.

People flip you off on your way home, or right to your face actually.

You call the suicide hotline, and they tell you to stop whining and get on with it already.

(Not a true story - I just thought it was funny.)

Even your imaginary friend hates you.

and not only was I not-they kept asking me "you were there wern't you" or "why didn't you come?"
