I like them, well cool cats are cool, but I am also allergic to them, so I avoid them like the plague.

I LOVE cats and my favorites are orange tabbies. The one I have now is my 3rd orange tabby male. My vet said orange boys are the most friendly and affectionate of all the cats.

Magnus (named after GM Magnus Carlsen of chess) is only 7 months old, but he looks like an adult. He is going to be a BIG boy! He is sweet, gentle, loving to complete strangers and into EVERYTHING.

He likes to play with drinking straws, plastic spoons, fuzzy pipe cleaners and cotton swabs.

I loved my cats dearly, and still miss them terribly, but I have always been and will always be more of a dog person.

Wow,70% and rising....

I rescued a kitten from the storm drain outside my house, after being out for a day, local kids told me the scumbags
down the road let their dogs take her.It has been a frequent complaint against them-nothing to be done.

Oh yeah ?

It was the last freak out I had.....early last year-I remember calmly walking over to the front of their house, holding a fancy covered book ,sprinkling water in front of the drive, while muttering and moving my hands....very quickly,I returned home.
-no more cats have been lost, since,I made up my "ritual",having a few ideas the guys were superstitious...

I'm not sorry I scared the %^&* out of them.I started really looking at mental health blogs.

I still accept kittens, but have to recycle back to safe places they can find food, when they are big enough..too many to keep !

strange fact - from an Autistic author's book review - the reason people can't read cats' expressions is because they have no eyebrows...;)

I adore cats as household pets, certainly much more than dogs. Cats are more in-line with my style.

I love cats. They are the perfect pet. So funny, affectionate, but not needy.
