Some people have way to much time on there hands, lol.

I know. They just sit holed up in dark bedrooms and play video games all the time. *glances around, hoping no one is staring at me* :P

Well, at least I'm safe. My rooms isn't dark

I introduced myself to the owners of a local east Indian grocery store, and told them how much I appreciated their being there. I have rarely seen anyone smile so brightly, and that made me very happy too!

Computer screens in the dark aren't good for your eyes.

I made some new friends. I was at my first furmeet, and to my surprise, the local furries are all sensible and socially functional people and not once did we talk about our furrydom in much detail. We walked around the mall some and I had a blast.

If I remember correctly, the frequent change from bright light (the computer screen) to dark (the room) can causes eye strain.

i was informed that the racist Darrin Hodges, member of the australian protectionist party, organised a bbq for the 1 year aniversary of his ban the burqua mural. 25 people said they'd come. i know it sounds like a bad thing but later on the facebook event page he swore at all those who said they'd come because no one did. not one. made my day. i cant stop laughing. im filing this memory away for when i feel down.

Drinking a cup of tea in my little back garden, in the dark, in the rain, warm in my big coat but just needing to be outside after a dark & wet day stuck inside with chest infection.
