Now when you say 42!, do you mean the factorial of 42, which by the way, would be exactly:
1,405,006,117,752,879,898,543,142,606,244,511,569,936,384,000,000,000
I highly doubt 42 or the factorial of said number is the answer to much of anything, let alone life and the universe. It is interesting to know, though, that if I have 42 items, I can arrange them any one of 1.405 x 10^51 ways.

If you could make one law that everyone on the planet would have to abide by, what would it be?

Strawberries, especially on a cheesecake, or in a bowl of milk sprinkled with some sugar.

What's your favorite vegetable?

I suppose being an engineer/producer in my own studio. Paid very little but at least I had no boss.

Can you go without uttering a word for one week?

I probably could, but it'd be hard.

If you won the lottery, what would you do with the money?

Move to a state that has legal marijuana and buy a house, go to college and stop being such a low life.

Do you have a college degree? If so what major? If not why did you never go/finish?

I've never been to university, though I think online courses might be best for me.
If you could jump into a book and interact with the characters, which book would it be and whom would you meet?
