I have so much to do today, and I don't know how I'm going to make it through without a meltdown or shutdown.

I have two back-to-back appointments (therapy and then psychiatry) this morning. This afternoon, we have to drive 4 hours to go look at a potential home. TOO MUCH SOCIALIZING and DOING THINGS :cry:

I'm in emotional shutdown. My mind is here, but I'm low on EF and about -500 on spoons.
