Once as a teenager that was dealing with some heavy stuff, I keep a journal but failed to realize I might read it later. I found as an adult I put things in my journal as a teen that would be better off forgotten.

Incenses are pretty cool, I like the dragon blood scent. Though I mainly just like watching them burn and seeing the little pile of ashes that it leaves in a trail.

I use unscented Dove. Scented soap, perfumes, scented lotions and things of the sort give me migraines. I can't be anywhere around it. If I'm around someone outside and the wind is blowing, forget it.
