ah so, thank you :) I am sure, though- that in your nation there is benzalconium chloride and lidocaine [generic antiseptic disinfectant liquid or spray with analgesic] on store shelves, it could be called a thousand and one different things. I was merely saying prep h [hemorrhoid shrinking cream] would be better if it also had an analgesic in it.

Thank you for the info. All I can say right now is that American English really is different from European English.
