I need to find ways to overcome this issue though because I am going to damage my health. Besides I spent years in stressful social situations not drinking alcohol but in recent times it has become a problem for me.

On one of my other threads I remember you said baby bird that alcohol might have added years to my face and that maybe a 60 year old woman with a mug like spanner’s is the best I can get these days. :roll:

Still I need to need to refrain from drinking fast when stressed (easier said that done).

I have tried cutting out one or 2 weeks a month going out to improve my health.

You don’t get that nice warm sociable feeling/buzz if you have a soft drink between pints. I haven’t tried it though but I am just making that assumption.

Baby bird how many minutes do you make soft drinks last between pints?

Meeting up with friends this Saturday at 7 in the evening. I will try to make 1 pint last 4 mins and will probably have 4.2 percent beer.

The pub I am going closes at 12 on the weekend.

On my 1st can of Magners of the day. 5 more chillin in the freezer.

Had 8 cans (16 units alcohol) yesterday.

I may get to try the Magners cider.Looked online and a liquor store by dispensary carries it.So next month I will give it a whirl.
Dry county here.No liquor for twenty miles unless you get bootleg beer and it’s always Busch in a can.Yuck.The good bootlegger that had a variety retired.
