I'm really happy right now! I have online friends// kinda have an online friendgroup and I was just on call for like FIVE whole hours. At first we started with a topic which was minecraft for like an hour but then we all left minecraft (there were 3 of us) and we were literally just talking for 3 hours, in that time one of my friends went to sleep but me and my other friend were talking for an hour with NO conversation starter, like a video game or anything! we started talking about countries then animals then birds and fur and stuff like that and she taught me how to draw a bird, and I felt like the conversation was kinda easier because she was autistic too and we were just yapping about our special interests with eachother : DD it's 5:30am now though and im kinda sleepy- i left the call because i kinda just want time to myself now but i feel so incredibly happy that i have friends now that actually talk to me, and that i'm not scared to call with fear it will be awkward!

I’ve been averaging 3-5 a night, so I really needed it. In addition to my sleeping pill, I took an edible before bed in the hope that I wouldn’t wake up anxious. It worked.
