Got woken up from a peaceful nap by those a**holes upstairs making weird tapping/knocking noises on the floor in one corner of the room above. It's heard over the white noise of a fan and with earplugs in.
What can I do? There is nothing I can do.

It is going to be hot here this week. I am glad the splashpads are open. I feel bad for people that don't have air conditioning.

I'm supposed to be happy that the supervisor has been driven out and is not coming back, and I am sort of but can't help but feel a bit of guilt too, as I feel I was responsible. I kept stressing him with my meltdowns when I was stressed. But I know I never said anything offensive, but I guess I was just being difficult for him, I don't know. My coworkers just say "who cares? Nobody liked him being here anyway so you've just done us all a favour!" But I can't look at it like that. I didn't like him being there either but I'd still rather I wasn't the one responsible for him disappearing. His rules just stressed me out. I hate rules unless they're intuitive or unwritten, as in common sense.

I'm starting to question the game, Monopoly Go. You knock down someone's creation and you ger rewarded. You rob someone's bank and you get rewarded. That doesn't sound like a Sweet Pea game.

My Step dad is having his pre op today. His surgery is tomorrow. He is having a small spot of melanoma removed from his back.

My partner called my colouring books "s**t". I said I'd like a new colouring book from Amazon and he said "we can't afford s**t like that until the rent's paid". I know he meant it figuratively but it still felt harsh. Nobody calls things that are special to me "s**t" in ANY context.

Some dumpkof threw my cloth helmet in the garbage in the laundry room. I found it covered in dryer lint. I bet it was Mrs. Bible who preaches male and female.

I saw an Unpleasant Person today. He didn’t see me, so it could’ve been worse. Still, I don’t like seeing him. I think I’ll stop going to that grocery store. Their selection of lettuce is disappointing anyway.

I also saw an unpleasant person. I was at the lotto store and instead of holding the door open for me, he said "I'm supposed to go first." I sarcastically said, "Wow! You're a nice person!" He sneered, "You're not."

This was horrible of your partner to say. I'm sad to hear that you had to deal with that.
