I hope you managed to get that out of your system somehow

it's just going to be another one of those things that will get filed away and come back to annoy me any time i think about it. it's not even that they nearly spilled their drink on me that got me upset; that was just surprising. The part that made me angry is that they were irritated with me. In a situation like that, where they nearly spill their drink on me, I should be the one getting irritated and they should be apologizing.

I've got something wrong with my right eye. The corner is completely red and painful, and it started getting like this yesterday. Might be an infection or something, I don't really know. If it doesn't heal soon I might have to get it checked out, and most doctors are on vacation this time of year and there's no way I'm going to outpatients since I'm not literally dying.

Amazon says my parcel is supposed to arrive today, but I don't believe them. I checked and the mail box is stuffed with flyers and junk, so I know the mail carrier was already here, and I haven't even gotten an email that it's even been shipped, yet. Why does tyrannical American company lie to me???

And the apocalyptic heat wave is a constant reminder that humans suck because they are responsible for global warming. We're not even allowed to have campfires until freaking October. When I was a kid we had campfires all summer long, and the air was always clean. Of course, many people are stupid and have been having campfires anyway. Humans are doomed.

I know
I wonder why some people are like that sometimes

We're supposed to move into this apartment in 4 days and the landlords are still being difficult. We could've had everything worked out a month ago but they keep changing things and making up reasons why we have to redo everything and generally being really annoying. We've had to sign the lease 4 separate times now and now they're saying just yesterday they were taken over by another company and we have to f**king sign the lease again. And now we can't move in until a week later, which of course we get FOUR DAYS notice for after everyone has already made plans to move in this saturday.

The worst part is that now we have to give these idiots money. They know they can do this to us because it's way too late to find another place

Amazon said that my parcel isn't arriving until Thursday. It was supposed to arrive on Thursday last Thursday. But I did get an email saying it's been shipped so I guess it will arrive soon.

That sucks. I hope it arrives soon. I used Amazon exactly once, a good while back now, and not only did my item never arrive but they wouldn't even give me a refund, so I decided to never use Amazon again.

It's so hot at work that sweat keeps dripping off my forehead and into my eyes.

Predicted response: "Can't you get a fan for your desk?"

Who says I'm at a desk? I work outside, sweeping and mopping buses. No desks, no fans.

I'm sorry you have to endure all of this, Tamaya.

I am heat intolerant in general, so I am especially empathetic thinking about people who have issues with working in the heat.

I don't mind the heat but not when I have to wear so many clothes. At work we have to wear thick trousers because of health and safety, even though I'm not working with harmful chemicals.

I don't mind the heat if I can just chill in shorts and t-shirt.
