I can't stress it enough

I love my partner very much but he hasn't stopped coughing today (lung damage from decades of smoking). And then he choked on something, making him go into a crescendo of coughing. Why are human lungs the most loudest thing on Earth?

F'd up corner of one amplifiers when I was moving it. Like it wasn't already damaged by some idiot not knowing how to secure parcels. dah!

The heat.

It being Sunday, the day where the a**holes upstairs do their weekly sweep around their apartment. It's a task that is so loud for us, that no earplugs, NC headphones or white noise can block it out. I always get so anxious every Sunday because of this. They usually do it at around 6 o'clock.

I feel like asking them to do their weekly sweep on a Wednesday at 6 o'clock, because that's when I'm at work.

Yeah, my high school had a similar dress code.

My heat intolerance wasn't as bad when I was in high school since I underweight back then, but the uniform was very stuffy, even so.

Anxiety

I was underweight too.

I didn't mind doing PE in the heat because I had my PE kit on, which was shorts and t-shirt. So while most the other girls were hot and panting, I was running around the field enjoyably lol.
I couldn't cope in PE if it was freezing cold though, even though we wore tracksuit hoodies and bottoms. I remember one winter's day when I was 11, I almost turned blue and the teacher was worried and had to get another member of staff to take me indoors, as my fingers had stiffened up and I looked like I was going to pass out (which I didn't).

So I was hypersensitive to the cold and I still am now. Like my mother always said, the heat is uncomfortable but the cold hurts. I couldn't agree more.

I think it is different for everybody.

Some people are both heat and cold intolerant, and some are either one but not the other, or not intolerant of extreme weather at all/adapative to all sorts of weather.

Really hating the around or above 90 degree temperatures lately.
I've always been pretty cold intolerant, but we never did gym outside when it was cold. Walking to and from school sucked in winter though. My computer likes it cold though, so I need to keep my space cold. I can always apply more layers to combat cold, but my computer can't remove them to combat heat and if it gets too hot I can't afford to fix it.

I didn't see my outreach worker today.

Also, if God doesn't make mistakes, why was I born in Canada instead of Germany. I make a a much more convincing German. I guess that I will never let Lisa and her bible comment go.

Someone is stealing food & drinks here at the group home, she is getting away with everything, the staff seems to treat her much better than other people, I guess cuz she can't hear & can't talk, she have a bad behavior problem too. People here can buy snacks, one person bought banana nut bread, someone else ate it, it got that person name on it, she ate more than one slice. The group home doctor was here this morning. I love my new roommate, but I SOOOOOOO HATE living here, the staff can be strict, very mean, one person can be more strict. I been having more breathing attacks, I woke up one morning & I couldn't breathe, I was trying to get air.

Anxiety

stackexchange sites, just all of them. the whole place has pretty much gone to hell at this point. it used to be that you could go to the one that fit best, ask a question, and get an answer. now these days they look for any reason they can find to close questions without having to answer them. even if your questions meets all the criteria for being "on topic" as defined by their help center, which is supposed to be what they judge by, they'll make up nonsense just to close it.
