Same for me today. I don't like over sleeping.

I've got nobody to talk to online tonight. ADHD is in hyper-social mode at the moment.

I'm getting a bit depressed as a result of watching various 'healthy eating' YouTube videos, many of which seem to imply that I'm doomed to be afflicted by almost every sort of cardiovascular issue, cancer, dementia and just about everything else if I eat almost any type of meat or fish which I've been eating for years. How knowledgeable are the characters who produce these videos? Most of them seem to be quite cheaply put together with AI narration and amateurish subtitles.

I find fall to be a beautiful time of year, but it's ruined by the fact that illness will start to become more rampant. And of course when I do get sick, it be just before a holiday even if I take all the usual precautions.

So I went to have some toast and pulled a slice of bread out the bag. It felt all moist and warm, and I thought it was that sort of bread that had raisins and other bits of dried fruit in or something. Then I realised it was mould. I turned the slice of bread over and almost the whole of it was covered in a sheet of black and blue mould. I freaked out, because I get a bit squirmy around mould, and that was the mouldiest bread I had ever seen. It's very unusual for bread to even go mouldy in our apartment, as it's always stored correctly. Must be the type of bread brand or something.

We chucked it in the trash of course. But now I feel all grossed out and nauseous after seeing that.

The step ladder is not where it's supposed to be. Somebody moved it and didn't put it back after they were done so now I can't find it.

Just had a spider crawl over me in my bed. Don't worry, I put it outside safely. But even so, it upset me very much. I thought I saw that same spider the other day on the floor and I couldn't it catch in time. I hoped it wouldn't return on my bed, but, low and behold, it did. Just as I was about to put my phone down and go to sleep. Now I'm wide awake after the shock and I'm scared to lay back down in case there's another one.

I have to go talk to my bank. My heart practically stopped when I saw I was charged for something today despite not making any purchases this week at all, and I'm still close to panicking. Its listed as a service charge, but I don't use any services that they charge for. I'm hoping it's just a mistake, but if they've changed something in the last week or so to charge just for having an account with them then I'm going to have to close my account and switch banks. I've been with them for more than a decade so that would really suck.

I'm kind of having a really bad day today. On top of what happened earlier, now the mail finally arrived and I got a letter from the SNAP office that I honestly don't understand. They seem to want something but I don't know what and they didn't include any forms to fill out or a date to turn anything in by. When I went in to do my renewal recently I asked the lady alot of questions about the changes that were being made due to trump's big terrible bill and she pretty much assured me that nothing would really change for me, that I didn't need to worry. I believed her. And everything was fine all of last month. Now, it turns out she was a liar. And I have to go talk to them now too.
