I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow and I have to be up by noon, if not any earlier, so I can get ready for it.

Anxiety

I was just mis-gendered by three people around the dining room table at my clubhouse while playing a dice game. I left the table so I wouldn't give The Three Musketeers the satisfaction of seeing me cry.

Those airheads are still laughing it up around the table. I can hear them through my earbuds.

I hope those yahoos are satisfied.

I got up at noon for my doctor's appointment but I was half-dead and miserable from lack of sleep even though I tried to go to bed earlier. I ended up rescheduling my appointment at a later time, went home and slept for most of the afternoon.

It just reminds me was a worthless, lazy, burden on society I really am. I have to take pills every night just so that I can fall asleep at all, but then they make me feel like I haven't slept at all when I wake up. I hate this planet and I hate my life, it's shutting down my brain.

emotional overeating

My mom chastised me for putting out the trash bin by the curb of our house earlier today instead of waiting until tonight to do so. Trash Day is tomorrow.

It wasn't a big deal in itself, but it sparked a sense of failure.

Some woman got into my personal space and ruffled my feathers.

When I arrived home from work tonight there was a spider trying to get in under my front door. I used the key to push it away and it scuttled along the lobby and into a nook in the floor. I just hope it doesn't emerge and try to get under my front door again and into my apartment. It was a big ugly one with long legs and I didn't like the look of its body, it looked a bit fat to me, so it might have been carrying loads of babies.
