I've just dug my Carmen infrared heat lamp out

It's actually a bit of a 1970s sun lamp and infrared lamp and it's a really cool looking thing imo

Anyway I just thought it might help me in my pain management journey

I have pay attention to not put the UV on

Snice and warm

Did the pain meds not feel good? :( I am very sorry to hear it. I hope you are not singing the 'little donkey' song.

Cut my hair early this morning.
I considered taking a picture of the pile of hair. It looked sort nice pile on the bathroom floor.
Did my head fill lighter? No. Washing my hair was refreshingly easy. That's what I did after cutting my hair.

I helped my mom shopping for groceries at a popular cheap grocery store
near our house and I bought some stuff for myself.

I went to a popular gym near our house.
