On the way to the city I dropped in to give the only other cone smoker I knew in town his Christmas cheer.
His daughter answered the door and told me he'd died earlier in the year.

That leaves me with only one local friend.

Christmas is over in the minds of everyone in my family except for me and they're going to be expecting me to play along with them and pretend that Christmas is over for me as well. I also don't want to hear about my mum taking down her tree before January even begins.
