The thought of still being unemployed during the course of this year.

My favourite month is over. How many days are there in January again? 31 Days. That's what I was afraid of.

Choking on a vitamin C tablet.

On my own, with no convenient projections to fall upon (a last ditch resort!) it would have been quite easy to panic, and it took some considerable discipline to breath in slowly (so as not to block the windpipe completely) so as to have enough air in my lunges to give it a good enough cough. I had to go through the exercise three time before it cleared, probably helped by the fact that the tablet was starting to dissolve.

I had no such luck with my previous experience, the peanut in question, when finally expelled, slammed into the wall across the room, never to be seen again!

If you should find yourself in this position (and most people do sooner or later) take your time, and try to get as much air into your lungs as you can before trying to shift the obstruction; you have at least a couple of minutes before oxygen deprivation becomes a problem.

I'm still not feeling the New Year vibe. I also need to get my key cut.

Health insurance sent me a letter that said that they made a mistake and I have to send more documents or my health insurance gets cancelled

Health insurance keeps making mistakes and I have to suffer for them but this is the first time they admitted to the mistake

My mom played the victim when we were at a clinic earlier today to pick up supplies
that I need for my surgery. She accused me of abusing her.

Had an interview yesterday and just got the rejection. My family was supposed to pick me up after the interview but decided to stop for fast food so I was left standing in the freezing cold for half an hour. Now I'm sick.

I've taken the Christmas tree down today. It's never as fun as putting it up.

My fears that being on the autism spectrum automatically makes me a lolcow have been confirmed. The AI on Google said it didn't, but like I'm going to believe what AI says.

On the plus side, I'm more of just an "oddball lolcow", where people will think I'm weird but functional mostly harmless. But then I could go into "unhinged lolcow" in 0 seconds.

Maybe I'll this negative lolcow label and turn it into something positive, the way I've heard some women take the b-word to mean a strong, independent woman who doesn't take crap from misogynists. Maybe I'll even make a badge with The Laughing Cow on it, and wear as a symbol of lolcow pride. Or maybe I'm just going insane. :D
