The bonobo house at the zoo was being repainted so I couldn't go in.
Lots of train delays getting home.

I wanted to express my frustrations in the Adult forum through a post that I wrote.

My sleeping habits have returned to the insomnic phase again. For the last couple of weeks I've been sleeping soundly every night and waking up at a reasonable time in the morning. Now it's switched back to being unable to switch my brain off until sunrise, then waking up at lunch.

No changes in diet, lifestyle or routine, causes these fluctuations in sleep patterns to happen. It's just part of having ADHD I think. It's why I have a job that starts in the late afternoon, because early morning starts were impossible for me to cope with. There's a guy at work with ADHD who works from early in the morning, and he often takes a day off sick because of needing to catch up on lost sleep. I can totally relate.

There was a racist video of Barrack and Michelle Obama that was posted by the Whitehouse. Trump denied that there was something wrong with it.

Housemate came home with a very large amount of food she purchased. I generally leave the house for a while when they do this, because they will then discuss the food, as the other puts it away, and prepares a meal for the two of them. I didn't stay out long enough. Still discussing the food when I came back in.

I haven't been to the food bank since November. Rather than miss it, again, I asked for help and one of their friends will be taking me. I reminded them, as they were discussing the food, as a courtesy, that one of their friends will be here in a couple days, and might be curious why one of them can't take me. You'd think this would be awkward for them. Somehow, it isn't.

Mom accused me of not taking my anticonvulsants as prescribed.

Had bad lightheadness and sweating almost all day. Had a bad panic attack this evening. No one can seem to figure out definitively what's causing the dizziness. I feel so powerless. I think my thyroid medication maybe causing it but the doctor doesn't think so. I pray God would remove this illness from me. Sometimes its more than I feel I can bear.

My job is in a dry spell, and all my wages from past gigs go straight to paying my debts. I don't have any pocket money.

Some homeless hippie came up to me and started talking to me about dream babies and IKEA. He followed me into the lotto store. He continued talking to me when I got out of the store. I cooly stepped aside and walked to the bank machine.

I was on a bus heading to campus to attend a job fair, but a female passenger was in emotional shambles crying. A male passenger poked fun at her and accused her of lying about it.

I gave her 988 and the driver stopped the bus. We all got off and waited for the next bus.

The male passenger continued to poke fun at the female passenger.

i was reminded today that skype is dead and there still aren't any good replacements.
