I feel nauseous. It's most certainly just a passing feeling, but even so, it is a terrifying moment for an emetophobe. You start thinking of everything you had eaten recently, not just the hygiene of food but also worrying that you not washing your hands that one time the day before when your coworker offered you a piece of gum because you weren't near a sink at the time and the hand sanitizer you keep in your pocket is useless with killing norovirus, so now you believe that this bit of nausea means you're doomed.

Have they actually began rolling out these vaccines for norovirus yet?

Youtube is cracking down on ad blockers again.

I'd rather not use Youtube than pay a depreciated single penny for it.

I fell down some not-so-great rabbit holes about recent news and it just made me so doom and gloom all afternoon. Feeling okay now but I gotta look after my mental health better especially when on social media

I had a random panic attack at a craft club I go to, I hid it and just left the room to freak out outside then went back in to distract myself. Although the distraction was more of an irritant because everyone was shouting at the same time and the woman next to me has an aggressive laugh. But being irritated out of a panic attack is better than nothing.

Ah. Hopefully it's just food poisoning that's passed.

I've never been formally diagnosed as pre-diabetic, but between peeing every 30 minutes and having sweat that smelled like nail polish remover I felt comfortable self-diagnosing it. With dietary changes the problem hasn't recurred.

Frustrating debates with people who condone state-sanctioned violence and terrorism.



I swear, these MAGA people are psychopaths. There isn't a single murder of a leftist or minority that they don't either celebrate or try to blame on the victim.
