I need one of my medications, but I definitely can't get it until tomorrow, most likely even later. I have massive anxiety worrying about what the withdrawal effects are going to be like.

Damn. Sorry to hear that. I've been told that there are a few types of meds that have been on back order here and there. Talk about the worst kind of thing to be behind on. Not cool that it might get you messed up. I hope they can get it for you asap, and fingers here are crossed you don't have any (or minimal) issues from the wait.

I'm curious though, do you have a psych doc or get your meds from a gp? Sometimes dr.s offices have samples from pharm reps laying around, and can give you some in the meantime. I dunno if your doc's office does that, but if it's going to be a bit before you can get a refill it might be worth looking into. I know someone who did that recently, and it saved his backside.

I decided.
I'm sacrificing sleep.

I'll find a way to stop being 'too relaxed' at the same time stop being this emotionally charged person.

I don't have enough 'anxiety' to 'live things out'.

There is a very simple way for me to do it -- I stopped, or rather, constantly attempted to suppress it because of 'aging' and 'trying to be healthy'.

But what if trying this standardized 8-10 hr sleep isn't healthy for me?
I'll just cut the hours. 8-10 hrs and more doesn't make me feel good anyway. It may help that I'll stop dehydrating and breathing wrong for too long.
