I'm wondering where I'd get lessons on how to think.
I don't mean what to think, but how.

I don't know how to think any thought in linear way from start to end.
I don't know how to develop an idea and bring it to fruition without spiralling.
I don't know how to picture anything.
I don't know how other people think, or how far off-the-mark I am.

I know it's part of OT and Speech-Language but they've never helped in the past.
My ADHD meds don't do anything either.

The chain on the conveyor for the machine I use at work snapped and I got to watch the maintenence guys fix it. I was going to ask if I could help, but I didn't want to f**k something up.

I've found out that an old friend of mine passed away a month ago today. I went to school with her from grade 3 through college. Her name was Chrissy. I got myself hooked on coffee to the point of stupidity and I took a break. I had my old mindset of the tough Cockney Rebel and I didn't want it plastered all over WP. I've been off the coffee for 15 days and I feel like myself again.

I need to stop saying "I hate my life/I want to kill myself" under my breath all the time before someone hears me and mentions it. I literally don't mean to do it, but I've realized that I do it a lot. I've had a couple coworkers hear me and give me weird looks. LMAO
