Laz and Tequila - I absolutely love your photos! They appear to be taken in the UK, yes? Regardless of whether they are or not, those places are so beautiful that I would like to visit them someday.

Disclaimer: That was the nice part of the town I was in today. The rest of it is a chav infested dive. Although the nearby town of Watford is an even bigger dive! We have a saying from where I live. At Luton your on the edge of the world, at Watford you've fallen off it

Also Tequila has the advantage of Lancashire's natural landscape its awesome countryside up there

Here are two of my favorites of mine. I became interested in photography fairly recently, but I have a pretty good portfolio going so far. I'll post more if people like these.

Wow, this has to be the most awesome thread ever!

I only have a lame point-and-shoot camera, but I've gone to some interesting places.

Post office in Darwin, California - near Death Valley

Some more, this time from a place called Rochdale, in Greater Manchester.

The town is a declining cesspit of yobbos, welfare benefit claimants and immigrants. It's Jeremy Kyle country.

Photos:

Census Day was on the 27 March. This was shot on the 25 April. The Census Day billboards are all over the town - why haven't they been taken down? Laziness, most probably.

Those are great pictures and they give me an insight of what Manchester is like. I'd also like to go into that gift shop and look around. :)

Tequila, what make is your camera? I used to have a Canon, which I really liked but it went kaput. Now I have a new Fuji, which I really don't like. It won't focus properly and is annoying me intensely. Your photos are really good, what kind of camera are you using?

A few photos taken of my local town today, all decked out for the wedding. There will be a street party in the square tomorrow, with a big screen and street performers. I might venture out if I am feeling brave. Possibly.

And a random little girl, waving a flag at me, whose mother didn't seem too impressed!
