I'm sure plenty of eager friends (friends you never had back when you were poor, who suddenly appeared out of nowhere) would be quite happy to catch all those bank notes as they were blowing away.

Or my clumsy self would have a few briefcases with the money in and I'd trip over something stupid and it would all open out and blow away.

I feel it for their children. I really don't think they thought things through before announcing their win to the press. The children are now potential kidnapping targets.

(all_white is very paranoid and always thinks in terms of Worse Case Scenarios)

I sense another MS Paint opportunity here.

It would be a pretty huge briefcase that could hold that many banknotes.

Are you sure you wouldn't rather have your win in the form of a cheque?

I used to be taken to Largs when I was little. My ballet lessons were in Largs.

The thing I most remember about Largs is the day a seagull pooped on my head. It ran all down my face, and my dad couldn't stop laughing.

I actually have some distant relatives in Ayrshire.

I don't enter things that aren't free to enter, but I have won some free competitions though. I haven't been comping for a while. I go through phases of giving it up, because it takes so many entries to actually win anything. My win rate is mega low. I only won a few times a year.

(Comping = sourcing all the free-to-enter comps online, and entering hundreds every day).

In the past, all_white has won:

When I write it all down like that, it seems like it's worth going back to it, to see if I'll win any more. But it gets annoying and boring when you keep doing it and don't win anything any more.

Anyone want my leather jacket? I still don't wear it.

Nobody in my family enters any of those things; I'm not sure if I'm of age yet but I won't be either.
