Journaling.

And how cold overnight oats can be.
I need to switch my toothpaste.

I hate that I have constant anxiety all of the time. I can never fully relax, ever.

Contemplating buying a gun and KMS, all day. I hate being alive. I f**k up every interaction I have with people, I have so much anxiety and such low self-esteem now that I have no motivation to reach out to people, and am just going to keep isolating myself more and more and feeling more sh***y as it gets worse. I am also going to eventually end up so burnt-out from my job and trying to handle adult life that I'm just going to lose it or KMS anyways, I cannot fathom why I haven't just got it over with already.

I can't seem to escape the downward spiral of my depression.

Right now I can't see any solutions.

anyone i ask gets angry
i still don't know and think it makes me sad
or mad
better is prob to be slightly dissociate and let it slide
life was better when i had more of that, where's that gone? 8O

I'm not mad; I'm just disappointed.

That's how I feel about humanity.

I believe that most people are decent. I've still not lost my faith in humanity although I could have, I suppose.

I'm only disappointed with specific individuals.

If I had lost faith in humanity I wouldn't still get disappointed. It's never all of us, but sometimes it's pretty significant portions.

It doesn't matter how often I feel like Charlie Brown after Lucy moves the football, I'll always have some amount of faith in humanity.

I'm not sure about "significant portions." I'd say more like a minority. Of course, the minority causes lots of trouble, even on autism support forums. (Yeah, small time stuff, in general, but topical.)

I have no idea what to do with the day. I mean, I know it's a self care/recovery type day, but how am I going to live that? Big decisions here...do I stay in pajamas all day? I'll take a shower at some point and get the clothes out of the dryer. But beyond that, what else? I thought about reading, but I'm not sure if I have the attention span for that or if I'd even retain the words after ten minutes or so. I might play some games. I might take a nap. I dunno. All I know for sure is that it will be a lazy day and I'm more than good with that.
