I don't like when it's completely cloudy but I do like some white clouds on a sunny day. So, I like clouds sometimes.

Do you like sushi?

Yes. I'm allergic to strawberries and mushrooms.

Would you rather be dumb and lovable, or intelligent and feared?

Mild anxiety feels like a slight physical discomfort throughout my body. As it gets worse that progresses to an intense feeling of physical discomfort accompanied by rising feelings of panic and a pressing need to do something, to be somewhere else, to flee. Obviously if it is 2am and I am in the house like now there aren't many places to flee to. So it can kinda cycle with feelings of depression and hopelessness. Worst feeling ever. *grouphug* to everyone who has to deal with this BS.

Same question.

Well for me it starts off with butterflies in my stomach but not the good kind. Then my stomach usually starts hurting and it makes me have to go to the washroom. I get sweaty palms and I start shaking really badly. Sometimes if it's really bad I feel disassociated from my body. I usually have to catch my breath. After the anxiety attack I get really tired.

Same

That depends. I usually have a constant level of anxiety. It's always there. I always worry about something. But I'll describe what a panic/anxiety attack is like for me. It usually starts with me getting stuck in some sort of mental loop. Thoughts go on repeat. After a while I start feeling restless and I can't really focus on whatever I'm doing. The anxiety gets worse and worse and I start feeling some sort of uncomfortable and almost painful feeling in the pit of my stomach/my chest. I also get hot flashes and my heart starts beating faster than normal. I then start to feel like I'm losing control of my life and like I'm a prisoner in my own mind. Then, when the anxiety's at its peak, I start rocking back and forth sometimes hitting my head and sometimes crying. Something like that.

Are you diagnosed with an anxiety disorder?

The spooky/Halloween-type atmosphere. It makes the Tim Burton fan in me excited. :)

Do you enjoy things like scented candles, scented plug-ins (like Glade), scented air freshener, melting wax scents (like Scentsy), etc?

Yes. and I still celebrate the way that a little kid would, insisting that the kitchen be decorated, eating cake and ice cream, using birthday money to buy toys, etc. I also do themed birthdays, for example, my "Sweet 16" was Spongebob-themed

Same question.

I loved it as a child but I don't really like it nowadays. I think it's really difficult knowing how to act when I get birthday presents etc.
