That must feel apocalyptic in your part of the world - do people actually melt?

It is apocalyptic!! Yes! I've melted twice today already. There are people puddles all over the place.

*gets in shower again*

I melted many times today, mostly on public transport.

Around 31 I believe, but no weather equipment here!
Felt much much hotter with humidity, almost on par with the low to mid 40s that I experienced in 2009, not fun for me...well, outside of the pool it isnt...

RealFeel® 106°

Now I understand why I get so depressed in the summer. It's been days and days, maybe weeks, of heat indices above 100. Yesterday was 118. This is inhumane.

Humid and stifling, I'd be guessing but probably about 32.

Hotter indoors than outdoors, very windy, temperature probably reached low 30s today, I'd say about 25 right now, expecting a low of around 23.

Rain, glorious rain. We got a little yesterday and are getting a lot right now. The slight moistening may help the ground absorb some of todays rainfall so that it doesn't just all run off down the creek beds.

Edit: It's rained for 2 hours now. Update: My neighborhood got 3.87 inches of rain, almost 10 cm.
