I would love to go back in time about 50 years, bring someone back to 2011, and show them a refrigerator with a TV screen in the door. I'll say to them, "We haven't cured cancer yet. They were too busy working on this."

I find that sitting in a darkened room for an hour before bed helps me to fall asleep faster when the time comes.
