Uh oh, another character comparison of some show. :(

Apparently, there is a character named Sheldon somewhere who invites comparisons to me on many occasions.

sheldon is awesome. it was probably meant in negative terms though. bugger. screw em.

It was not negative, but it was a TV character.

what most annoys you about it being a tv character? do you think people are saying you are artifical?

No, I generally think of TV as the idiot tube (and I keep remembering that line saying, "In Soviet Russia, man in TV watches you!"). I dislike TV because I like to think for myself without being railroaded by the continuous barrage of more useless information. That is why I like books and board games with actual strategy and tactics.
ME TOO! :D My TV is in the closet.

I really cannot stand working, reading, or studying in the same room as a television. The noise and flashes get very bothersome. With books, I can really pause to contemplate the significance of a statement without being pummeled by other information. I am not stating that people who watch television are idiots, I am simply saying that from my perspective, the television is (euphemistically) idiotic, even though the Greek origin of the word, "idiot," may have had a tenuous connection to a moderate-to-severe autistic (Even ίδιος, transliterated as ídios, is the adjective for the word self. Note the connection to αυτο, transliterated as auto and origin of the aut- part of autistic. Wikipedia, imperfect as it is, has several sentences that gave me the impression of this.).

I got this from MONKEY yesterday. It was meant as a birthday present but took an extra month to get here as it was from Taiwan.
It's Paris from Dinosaur King! And she makes all sorts of cute little noises and her crest lights up green. She's awesome!

About 4 inches long and about 3 inches high (from feet to crest). Almost pocket sized. Thanks for the compliment too. :D

I seem to be (excessively) formal when I admire someone and unusually casual when in, "insult mode." I think that insulting people is a bit more primitive as far as my brain is organized, which explains the regression. The fact that I am aware of my physiology for so much of the time seems frightening to many people.
