Tea here is either the drink, hot or iced.
Tea for Brits can either be dinner or snacks for us.
Never tried eggnog, though.

I think it's odd but I'm so curious. It must work if so many folks drink the stuff.

A few days ago I mentioned my frustration with Wikipedia because every time I notice something that's wrong and needs to be changed, someone changes it back literally within seconds. Last night I went back to the article and changed it again, this time leaving a note on the user's Talk page explaining my edit. He accepted that I was right and my edit is still there. Neither of us was mean about it, and yet I feel like a donkey now. :?

But why should you feel bad when the other person was the one who was being an unreasonable obstacle? Worrying about being bad has its place, but it does get taken to an excess these days.
