Funniest moment ever during a musical:

I was playing in HMS Pinafore, and we had 2 shows that day, so in between shows some of the musicians decided to go out for coffee. In the coffee shop, they were selling fireman calendars, so one of the violinists, who conducts my orchestra, decided to buy it "to support charity".

Later on, we were in the pit playing along to one of the songs. A line in that particular song is "So peerless in his manly beauty", and the violinist chose that very moment to show the flute player a picture from the calendar. The entire pit got the giggles.
