I turned 16 a month ago and I haven't gotten my permit yet. I could have gotten it on my 15th birthday.
I want to drive; I just don't know why I haven't gotten the permit.

I admit that I'm too much of a tightwad to get a car and a driver's licence. I have faith in my ability to learn how to drive. The truth is that I'm too cheap to do it. If I ever won the lottery, I'd get my licence and a car in a heartbeat.

I feel like making some form of non-returning flying sharp thingy (returning just shouts, dangerous). Not like a Chakram (similar sized though), but like an oversized and more aerodynamic [star shaped] Shuriken. Three or four limbs that are shaped like wings, so it provides lift, which should equate to more energy as it comes down from gravitational assist (rather than just flying straight and gaining nothing from gravity). Balance seems to be easy to accomplish (stable flight), as you just make each limb with a template.

There's plenty of roofing aluminium lying around that can be cut and beaten into shape fairly easily.

I will attempt it anyway.

I can't believe that tomorrow night is New Years Eve already. My how time flies. The Christmas season went by too fast for me this year. January is no longer doom and gloom for me at the same time.
