Ooh now that you ask I don't know - just very strange
Yeah, me too. I had one the other day where I chucked a bag with a piece of clothing I'd bought into that hole where the ball comes out on a pool table. It was like a Tardis inside when I looked. Anyway, it was in a bar type setting and I went to talk to two women who called me for some reason from behind. Whilst I was talking to them a group of Mafia type people surrounded the table and one of them put a big canvas bag with the zip undone on it into the hole. The bag was overflowing with dollars. I remember thinking "OH GOD NO". For some reason it seemed logical to wait for them to finish playing pool and try to retrieve the bag of clothing I'd put in there. I put my hand inside when they went to the bar and I heard screams and footsteps coming toward me. I legged it out of some glass doors and was chased by a big group carrying various non projectile weapons. I had to run across a road and up and over an embankment on the other side.
I bet you're really interested.
About the logical part, it seems that some things that seemed crazy or illogical in real life are somehow, "explained," or, "given," as true or even familiar. I wonder how the brain sorts the false from the true after waking up, but they are interesting.

Wow, how do you remember all that, my dreams are always vague and blurred
If you remain very still after waking up and don't intentionally move too many muscles, it's possible to recall a lot about the dreams. Apparently, it takes some practice, because I still forget to pause before stretching.
2011 is leaving and 2012 is a leap year. I'll have to review my weekday determination system.
As for the 2012 doomsday scenarios, there's a website debunking them in great detail.
