Well in the NT world they ask each other how they're doing, and then the other person always lies through their teeth saying "I'm great, thanks!"

Ah, so I was wrong again.

Although I must wonder, how are you doing?

(Response if followed by similar question: "Mostly fine, with no signs of necessity of sleep but some dull pain in the back of the right shoulder and right side of the neck.")

It's definitely a start to the glasnost of my life.

[#] Somatization: NO! NO NO NO TO NOCEBO!

Those were Level 2, not Step 2. I should try to do Level 4 instead:

why do people who are "nick" named not called "nick" ?

I really dont understand life and death, how can a human being just appear and then disappear?

It's all just one great big cycley thing.
