AS presentation for 20120111:
1. Discussion of terminology
2. Neurotypical Syndrome*
3. What AS is
4. More of what AS is
5. Still more of what AS is
6. What AS isn't
7. More of what AS isn't
8. Still more of what AS isn't
9. And still more of what AS isn't
10. Misconceptions
11. Symptoms
12. More symptoms
13. Conversations
14. Nonverbal cues applied

I wonder which parts can be shortened. Right now, I'm seeing 4 minutes or so beyond the time limit.

* I'm even going to host a class self-diagnosis for Neurotypical Syndrome.

When you play with fire, you eventually burn the right things.

True, but it wasn't about you and has nothing to do with INGSOC.

I know I know :P

I does feel weird when threads are deleted, though. I think it's an Aspie thing because other Aspie sites have talked about it. Can't quite explain it really.

Yep, I know what you mean.
Ages ago, long before I got the green badge, a thread I'd been busy on just vanished and I felt quite lost for days.
It was interesting and suddenly it wasn't there!

Exactly, and it also brings my post count a little further away from 10,000, which is rather irritating too :P

Plus, I used one of those threads to inform the good people of WP that I am in fact not a sociopath, though I guess I'm using this thread to do that again right now :P

Ah no - it doesn't affect that. Threads/posts are simply moved from public view so your post count doesn't change.

You, a sociopath? 8O
Well, I'm shocked and don't believe a word of it...

It annoys me how everyone is more impatient these days.

Those threads were interesting.
You know, just because of the highly intellectual discourse.
I aspire to have the infinite intelligence and spectacular debating skills that are possessed by some people here.
