I started taking melatonin about 2 days ago, since my psychiatrist recommended it to help me fall asleep. It's working wonderfully - I fall asleep within 10 minutes as opposed to 2 hours, and my sleep feels deeper and more restful.

But on the other hand, I think it's causing me to sleepwalk at night. My bedroom window keeps opening without my knowledge and my family members say they're not doing it. Also, I remember going to bed with socks on last night, but when I woke up today, they were lying side-by-side next to the bed. 8O
