Is there any local agencies in your area which help people in the spectrum in multitudes of ways?

Yes. There's a vocational programme at my local community college that helps adults with a variety of special needs find jobs, and an agency called Partners in Employment that does the same service for free.

Would you rather be rich and miserable, or poor and happy?

Rich and miserable - because I could at least try to buy some happiness - or just give shedloads of money away and make someone else happy (or miserable!).
