Is that cat meant to look like that (a species that always looks like that)? Or is it an individual that somehow ended up looking very wrong because of some genetic/hormone problem etc?

I don't know the answer to that jk1, but surely nobody would actually breed a cat to look like that deliberately?

I believe it was a genetic disorder.
