I've just took my temperature as I was making my tea. It read 37.5 Degrees. That's a low grade fever. I have a cold. I had these chills this morning, wishing that I was on a warm beach in Hawaii.

I'm sorry you're not well, Mick. It's the middle of cold & flu season, so lots of people are coming down with bugs. I hope you have a speedy recovery! :)

My mom actually bought one for me about a month ago.
Good for those times when you're stuck in bed with a migraine in the middle of winter.

Tell me about these electric blankets - this is the first I've heard of them.

Very faintly. You can't hear it unless it's totally quiet and you focus on that specific sound.

You plug them into the wall and it warms up, and you can choose how warm you want it. That's pretty much all it is to them.

That's how mine is, anyways.

NO, IT REALLY ISN'T. I GET SO COLD IT'S RIDICULOUS.
I USED ONE WHEN I WAS GETTING MY MRI TOO.
SO IF YOU'RE COLD YOU DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT THE "WEIRDNESS."
