It's going alright; I wanted to get stuff done today, maybe do more on the incomplete website but it's too hot at the moment to think properly!

Although having said that it is feeling a bit like that anyway as I saw my Grandad earlier and he talks a lot. I couldn't get away!

Well, I had a spell a good few weeks back where I was very weak and couldn't eat hardly anything and lost half a stone.
I believe I've lost almost another half stone since and seem to be entering another weak period, but I've not gone off food yet which is good

Actually I have had similar problems I decided a long time ago I wouldn't weigh myself as it would only make me worry more!
