In my experience, they're rare here. I've lived in major cities in six states and have only encountered one. Unless my understanding of Europe is seriously flawed, they're more common over there.

Will they let me drive with my pet cone on the roof? It might want a lift too, but it tells me it prefers the open air rather than a cramped booster seat

If it's any less than £20 a lesson, it's reasonable. (Reasonable being too kind a word really, but compared with most of today's overpriced greed it's.... acceptable :roll: )
