Happy B day :D

-------------------------------------------

People tell me over and over that there is this God-guy
that watches everything i do and keep tabs on things. I
would like to ask that guy to leave me the f*** alone
and mind his own buisness. I mean, watching everything
i do, is he a peeping tom or something? Perv!! And, the
same people want me to go a big weird looking house
and praise this perv 8O holy blah thats sick. I`d rather
bate a crocodile using only my manhood.

Happy birthday HD3H.

Hey ImTheGuyThatDidThat, you should drasticaly change your behaviours to confuse him, or even beter, try to trick him into thinking that you are doing something realy bad, like kidnaping people . Maybe make a few trips carrying something heavy in a garbage bag, or acting very suspicous.

do anything for your abs?" (in other words, you really need
the s**t they are selling..)

Aparently it increases the muscles pushing out the fat, keeping a ball of fat in the way of your abdominal walls.

I dont know, in theory you can have a sixpack
for a gut and its hidden by fat? sounds weird
Personally i know that when i train, any excess
fat just burns away, if i train hard i get down to
having very little bodyfat at all

---edit
maybe if one just sit still all day and do random short
rounds of sit-ups now and then, then maybe the thing
you describe could happen, i dont know

Think the problem with humans is that we want to be fit,
but we do not want to move or sweat :) just look at most
of the new working out "tools", designed so that you can
relax and watch tv  And the stairmaster, holy crap,
what was that, just find a stairwell and run up and down
until you can`t run no more :)

I have watched quite a lot of morning tv, and if I remember right they said that a lot of exercise doesnt remove the fat but just gives you more muscles and apparently the abs are just hidden behind the wall only needing to remove the fat.

Might be, doesn`t sound all crazy, theres so
many factors playing in also, some people work out
alot but doesn`t loose weight due to metabolism
issues, while others eat and eat and loose weight,
so it isn`t easy

i think "abs" are yucky.

they are hard and taut, and they make me think the person is skinny.

i have a 1/2 inch layer of "baby fat" over my body, and i like that it is soft.

those men i see in the infomercials also have very constricted gluteus maximii.

that sounds haughtily pretentious so i will "encrude" my verbiage.

i bet they feel their "bum bones" hit a hard wooden chair when they sit down.

i feel a cushiony spring when i sit.

sometimes their necks have veins that look like they are going to burst.
i hate the look of veins (and arteries). especially big engorged veins that many athletes and body builders develop.

their bodies develop a hardness as well.
i have known some gymnasius addicted girls.
they feel like tight bundles of muscle fibres and they smell bad too.

their skin is too shiny and fake, and their hair is styled like it is a carefully crafted exhibit.

i do not find them attractive.

i like natural body shapes.

six packs on men may be appealing to women, but they are not appealing to me, so i desire to have a flat smooth tummy which is free of strenuous rippled tension.

i have one so i am not going to ruin it by making unnatural convolutions in the fabric of it by doing biologically absurd excersizes.

in this time of evolution, brawn is very much the underdog.

I have a few good workout tricks, the best one is to work outside :)
especially making firewood/cutting down timber with just a chainsaw
and some cans of elbowgrease, no gym can beat that, one uses
every muscles there is. My grandpa worked in the woods from he
he was 13 in around year 1918 and until around year 1960 8O
The tuffest man i`ve ever met, he reached a point where he did not
need tools, he just ripped the trees out of the ground with his hands
and broke them over his knee :) one hell of a hard worker and
a really tuff guy. And there was no power-stearing or power-breaking
back then, so just driving trucks was a masssive workout
