in a snippet of remembered dream I was having some philosophical discussion with a college student, and he told me, "if you have to dream about being middle-class, you'll never be middle-class."

I had a dream last night where I was nude in school, it was terrifying! I actually woke up in a "cold sweat", you know, like the ones you have when you wake up from a nightmare. :(

And I had this other dream where I found an old door (a tiny door like a crawl space) in my house and it was full of my old stuffs! :D But alas it was just a dream and the space where the door existed in real life is just a wall.

some fragments of dream I remember- I dreamt I was with my brother and his wife at some kind of fair, they had arranged passage for me and my sister but I had to pay him 600 dollars in a special kind of handwritten scrip. my sister in law was experimenting with a new salve that offered resistance to mosquito bites, she was under a giant pink "humidity tent" at the fair, the dew in the air under that tent was so thick that it was raining, and the buzzing mosquitos were thick in the air and ferocious. I got the hell out from under that tent ASAP and brushed away the skeeters as best I could, luckily I was dressed heavily so they didn't get my skin and my hair kept them off my head and face. then I dreamt I was at a celebrity roast featuring singer andy Williams, this was in the 80s sometime judging by the color of Williams' hair. they were playing clips from a dramatic tv program that Williams had acted in a few decades before, and his acting was awful, frankly- and he was so embarrassed by having this shown in front of god and everybody, that he turned beet-red and wept, putting his head down on the table and pounding the table with his fists.

^^
Swimming Pool
To see a swimming pool in your dream symbolizes relaxation, calmness, luxury and ease. You need to take a break. Alternatively, a swimming pool suggests that you need to acknowledge and understand your feelings. It is time to dive in and deal with those emotions. You need to cleanse yourself and wash away past hurts. Consider the depth of the pool. If you were swimming on the deep end, then it means that those emotions are deeply seated and may be harder to confront.. You will need to work through it, no more matter how difficult. If you are swimming on the shallow end, then it implies that you should be able to easily deal with your feelings. if the swimming pool in your dream is empty, it suggests that you are literally feeling empty and devoid of emotions.

Cool! I think I was swimming in the deep end, but I am not completely sure.

I dreamt I was skating in some futuristic skate dome.
The "skates" were like gelatinous blobs that stuck underneath the feet, and could go in any direction.
The left skate kept pulling to the right slightly , which made steering difficult.
You could skate up the walls and upside down on the ceiling of the dome, which had glittering lights embedded in it that pulsed as the music played.
It was quite trippy.

^That sounds kind of fun!

I had a snippet of a dream a couple days ago; something about a brother and a sister going on an adventure, tunneling into or travelling into the ground, and...something to do with wells? Huh?

for some reason I was back in the hospital I used to work in, only it had drastically changed, I was only on the first floor, I didn't wander beyond it- but everything was locked down, the florist was gone, the lobby waiting area resembled a jurists panel box [but much larger]. it was largely abandoned, it was me and maybe two other people at most. to get to the rest of the hospital you had to unlock what looked like bank vault doors that were painted wood-color to match the wood paneling but were clearly metallic. I had no interest in exploring.

^I had a dream last night in which I was with a group of people adventuring or something, and we were in this sort of icy place with this huge crystal ice thing, all spiky and cold, and I had a Tarot deck. Whenever I randomly pulled out a card, I would get assistance from the [being in the card? the card itself?]. Then think I was in an ocean or something, and I still had my cards, so I pulled one out as I kept trying to swim, and dolphins appeared and helped me. What's it all mean, aunt? I feel like this dream is especially important somehow.
