My dad would stay up and look at porn when my family first had the taste of the Internet in late 1997.

Started my first day of work today.

Time to save up for my Japan trip!

I'm going to go there to see my best friend. She lives there; I met her when she was an exchange student in the US for the 2010-2011 school year.
She'll be in university when I go, though. That will be weird, because I'll be just ending my junior year. lol

Congratulations! :D

Where do you work, or do you want to keep that a secret?

If by "post above it" you mean mine, then thank you. I'm flattered. :o You have been an inspiration for me too, because you always stay true to yourself and your interests no matter what other people say about them. It takes a very strong person to be able to do that. That's why I look up to you. There have been times when I actually tried to give up some of my most beloved interests because of the negative things that others said about them. But in the end I decided to keep them because I realized that you can't make everybody happy and by giving up what you love, you're only going to make yourself miserable.

Your post cheered me up tonight. I was talking about your post and it makes me happy that you have all of your My Little Ponies back on display in your bedroom. There was a time shortly before you've joined that I turned against a special interest of mine, because of the way I was treated by another member. I've long since forgave that person. You're a good friend.Image

I also hope that you get there as soon as you can. :)

Thanks for the positive words from you both!
I should get to bed. I was really tired while working, and I also have to balance school and work now. Looks like I'll need some more sleep. :tired:

My cousin in China finally got her visa! Now she can come visit me this summer.
...Although I have to act as an interpreter because her English sucks...

I'm glad you get to see your cousin! Sorry you have to interpret for her though. The language barrier is a harsh mistress...

Why can't it be like the Pocahontas movie? At least they were able to communicate successfully...
